Object Perspective

I always get hurt by my brazen owner. I have been touched and hit by her whenever she needs to call someone. Sometimes I felt I need to revenge against her so I pretended to be not working. However, my thinking was absolutely wrong. She started beating me harder and harder to move here and there on the screen.

The worst thing was when my owner typed message; I need to be hit from top to bottom. That directly meant she beat me every part of my body. I conceived about taking care of myself safely without getting discomfort from the owner. If I can talk to her, my owner, I have made dual plans for it. I am sure that my plans will be well matured and she will understand me.

First, I want her to buy a screen cover to protect body from scratch or impact. Then, I would be safe when she beats me hard to call someone. Besides, I would be free from being hurt and worried about it. Second, I want my owner to use a phone pen located on my side. My owner knows but she never uses it. What a naughty girl! It is so much easier to use the phone pen instead of using her mischief hands.

I guess it would be better for her to take care and give love to me. I hope these messages go to her and let her feel how I have been suffered for several months. Yet, I still adore my owner because she picked me displayed in the show windows. I am so thankful to be chosen by my owner!

A Letter to My Parents

Dear Mom and Dad,

Thanks for coming to the student-led conference. I am very happy to have you here. All you have to do is just enjoying what I am gong to present you. Today, I am going to introduce and explain about my portfolio. This is all about the classes that I have taken in ISKL. This portfolio will demonstrate how I have been doing, and what contents the teachers have taught during the classes. Additionally, it has assignments that I have done for the last semesters. Hope you enjoy this.
In seventh grade, we have had lots of interesting classes and learned various kinds of topics and issues. Our school has SLR which represents how students have to behave during the classes. In portfolio, there are some quizzes or tests that I have taken, and it shows whether I understood it or not. In Math and Science classes, I have some quizzes so we can share about it. Moreover, in humanity class(ESL), we have been doing some projects. I also have the rubric about it. I really enjoyed making presentations of my work during the class. I always had fun by doing it.
For other wheels, I have done some edutainment activities. I learned to work enthusiastically to be an ardent person during the classes. I tried to understand what teachers said and tried to focus on it. Furthermore, I learned lots of things in classes that I have not known before. Being a seventh grader is a very exciting experience.

When seventh grade started, I was so excited. Now it is already trimester 3 and time went so rapidly like an arrow. Also, this has been a very challenging year for me. However, the best thing that I did was working on projects in every single classes. Every time I faced them, I really hated and did not want to do them. Yet, I realized that working on the projects was somewhat very interesting and I started doing projects with assiduity. I got good grade on it. I loved it. On the other hand, I had one problem for not handing in homework on time. Actually, my grades went down during trimester 1 and 2, because I handed in several homework a little late. Later, I perceived that this was not good and decided to change. From the beginning of the trimester 3, I started submitting assignment on time and did my work with ardor.

This year was very busy but I learned a lot. I love being seventh grade. Thanks for listening about my portfolio and hope you

The Ture Ending

At the end of Maniac, he finally got a home where he could live with Amanda and Mars Bars. They would live happily ever after. My prediction was absolutely right because I could know that he extremely wanted to have a home. Finally he did. Moreover, he had people to live with. He would not feel lonely anymore.

The End of Maniac

Maniac and Mars Bar hated each. Mars Bar thought he was discriminated. He always said bad things to Maniac but he had ignored him. Finally, they thought this was not right so they became friends. I can predict that Maniac will get a home where he can live there.

My Red Tree

While reading "The Red Tree" by Shuan Tan, which certainly makes me feel the same as the little girl had in the story, I just wonder what makes her unhappy. Basically, she had no dreams so she was easily in the blues.

In a way, I could understand the feeling she had since I definitely knew what it felt like. I have experiences in having depressed time. That just made me want to be alone and not to be bothered. Yet, if I had gotten a positive way of thinking and said "Yes" instead of saying "No", I would have been much better and everything would turn looking good.

I absolutely have my red tree, and that is my secret box. I have collected lots of stuff before I came to Malaysia, such as, letters, small presents, old pictures and so on. I love gathering those stuff and re-read over and over again when I am alone. That just makes me feel more comfortable and better. Furthermore, I can remember what I had been doing when I was really young by looking at my old pictures.

Mr.Linden's Library

"Where is it?" Jessie keeps looking for a book that she has to read;she must make a presentation in front of her classmates for English Literature class. No matter how hard she tries, it is not easy to find the book. She surely knows the book is in the library. Finally, she decides to ask a librarian, Mr. Linden, to get the book. She explains him that the book is somewhat related to adventures. Mr. Linden stares at her for a while, and takes a prudent and cautious approach. Jessie wonders why he acts that way.


A few minutes later, he comes up to her and whispers, "I will lend you this book without asking checking out." he continues, "yet promise me you will not read the book from cover to cover." He firmly warns her. He gives the book hastily and walks away. She is at a loss and doesn't know what to say. Gazing at the book for a minute, she makes her mind to keep the promise he asked.


On arriving home, she is so tired and ready to sleep. However, she can't go to bed as she becomes aware of the book that Mr.Linden gave to her. She slowly puts the book out of her bag and begins to read it, totally forgetting what he asked her not to. As soon as she finishes the book from the first page to the last, the amazing thing happens; a forest came out of the book. It was so sudden that she can't think of anything. Without any special reasons, she suddenly falls a sleep.


Next day, she quietly wakes up and starts to look around. Everything seems fine but she just realizes that she has had a dream the previous night. Everything that she had in the dream becomes vividly alive in her memory. She saw and experienced lot of things in her dream. It is like the movie called "Avatar." Meeting many different sorts of spirits and mysterious monsters, she thinks to herself that it is very grateful to have this kind of experiences.


Jessie comes to a conclusion to make a presentation for her class. She still can't believe what she has underwent. In a way, she wants to thank Mr. Linden because it started from him. One day she goes to the library to give thanks to him but could not find him anywhere. She inquires people whether they have ever seen him but no one knows about him. She feels so weird and doesn't know what to do.


A few days later, she realizes that she broke the promise that she made with Mr. Linden, not to read the book from cover to cover. However, it was too late to remember that because Mr. Linden has already disappeared because of her.

Outdoors

This week I am going to FRIM with 7-B classmates. I really look forward to hiking mountain, learning about science and being with friends. Moreover, I will stay there

2 days and 1 night. I extremely want to be there. I hope the days is coming soon.

Malaysia week is coming soon. Last year, I had already gone to ocean site. This year, I am going to rain forest site. I think Malaysia week is the best activity ever in ISKL. I can make new ISKL students and be friends. Also,I can know teachers more. I hope FRIM and Malaysia week are going to be very safe and amusing!
